Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume drop periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your gear is perfect.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days).

Note: Free shipping is available on all orders over R600

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Capra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at caprasales1of1@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing Packages

If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
